The cryosauna is a fast, safe and healthy process that accelerates the body’s natural recovery while improving overall well-being and energizing the body.
Using the latest technology direct from Finland, our cryosauna pulsates nitrogen mist at a temperature of -220 degrees Fahrenheit. The three minute hyper-cooling process lowers the skin’s temperature to 40 degrees, accelerating muscle recovery and producing a rush of endorphins.
This cutting-edge technology is fast becoming a staple for professional sports team, replacing the outdated ice bath, but you don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from the healing and rejuvenating effects of cryotherapy.
Benefits of cryosauna are: Pain relief • Decrease in inflammation • Increase in metabolism • Endorphin release causing a “runners high” • Promotes healing • Offers relief for arthritic conditions • Acute and chronic injury relief • An improved sense of well-beingbook
