Escape from city life with our float therapy, the gateway to a modern meditative state. Our private, soundproof rooms have dimmed lighting that you can control, spacious 6’ x 8’ sensory deprivation tanks, and in-room showers. The weightlessness provided by floating will recalibrate your brain and body. You will feel the tension of your life get released, and pain you may have will fade away.
Your mind will relax as you disconnect from the world around you. Carried by the buoyancy of healing Epsom salts, enveloped by quiet darkness and floating in a pool of water held at a constant 96 degrees, mind and body begins to slip into deeper consciousness. The peaceful feeling this therapy delivers will be unlike any sensation you have ever experienced.

Float Tank Therapy - Reduced Environmental Stimulation Therapy

Sensory Deprivation Float Tank
Floatation therapy is also known as Reduced Environmental Stimulation Therapy (REST). The environment provided by a float tank triggers your body’s natural relaxation response quickly yet gently. Rooms are dark, soundproof, and warm. Within the chamber, the water is held at a constant 96 degrees.
Our 6’ x 8’ float cabins are filled with 1250 pounds of healing Epsom salt which allows your body to float in 10 inches of water. We schedule your float session in 1.5 hour increments. Your actual float time is 1 hour, but you will need an additional 15 minutes of personal time before and after your float for changing, showers, etc.
What is Floatation Therapy?
- Quicker Athletic Recovery: Not just for athletes, but anyone involved in strenuous activity. Frequent visitors find using our float tank helps alleviates muscle soreness, promotes healing, relieves muscle and joint pain, alleviates spinal tension and back pain, and relaxes muscles.

- Improved Overall Health and Wellness: Taking care of your body often requires energy and effort. Visits to our sensory deprivation tank helps promote relaxation, improves a sense of well-being, enhances creativity, restores mental and physical balance, and alleviates symptoms of anxiety with minimal effort.
- Relaxation: A commitment to long-term stress reduction is known to improve sleep, encourage a sense of well being, remove external negative stimuli, and provide a meditative state by helping the brain to produce “theta waves.” When you float in a dark room, it does something calming for the mind. Time seems to stand still while you relax in a constant 96-degree pool. You are warm, comfortable, and have no problem kicking back because the Epsom salts make it easy to float.
- Injuries and Healing: Using our sensory deprivation tank helps customers to improve the rate at which their body's heal. The floating sensation gives into calmness allowing the body to let tight muscles relax around injury points. People with chronic pain from spinal issues, accidents, and arthritis find that the floating helps relieve pressure in these painful areas. An increase in endorphins and other brain chemicals helps the feel-good sensation last for hours after each floatation therapy session.
